Pros

Best Colleagues I have the only reason to work over there which I mentioned .

Cons

1st they hired you bcz they need employee and when they felt their need got full fill then they show you their real faces. If someone did some thing wrong with intentially they gave just another chance and if someone did without intention they do partiality ... I think for the everyone should have same policy.. but they don't follow their basics ... Even in the every department has some culprates. If you highlight this thing they put up questions to u, why you not speak earlier .. every higher authority people follow the dictator policy .. they will not support if you done anything by mistake if you have good links with you seniors then you Have chance for you can work over there..some of the seniors asking for bribe also if you give them only then they can support you otherwise they just pretend .I can't tell the whole think what they did to me ...but when you go there make good links for your bad time.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
