Pros

-Working from home -Helping resolve problems -You get recognized for good work -Ivr call off -1 hr lunch unpaid and two 15 min breaks -They warn you about ongoing issues that you weren't aware of so you can correct it -Bonuses and commission -Understanding management -Access to supervisor for help on hand -Supportive team

Cons

-Training didn't cover everything and didn't understand I was going into rentention -Coached on bad surveys even when it's not related to your performance sometimes -Agents from other dept just transfer or rush transfer to you bc they don't want to deal with the customer anymore where we have to resolve everything -Slack can be a while when it comes to help -We don't review training lessons

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
