Pros

The only 2 PROs with this company are: 1. They will hire anyone - no experience needed. You only need to survive thru the training and pass the tests, and 2. They have some accounts that are Work At Home positions

Cons

I don't think there is enough room here to post all the CONs... The Management lacks any type of managerial skills. All they care about is stats and money. They are basically number crunchers and have no ability to balance goals and people. Favoritism is everywhere. Turnover is horrendous. Human Resources don't have a clue what they are doing. If there's a way to mess up your vacation, hours or pay, they will find it - Want to take a vacation? Sorry, denied. Try reaching either, by phone/email and you can't - they either ignore you and let phone calls go to Voice Mail - never calling you back. Or, they tell you they 'didn't receive' your emails. When you go there in person, they refuse to see you because you don't have an appointment. The absolutely WORST part about this job is the PAY - it might be OK for a high schooler, but don't plan on making a career here. The measly 50cent raises that come once a year are easily forgotten and if you don't stay on top of it, they will pass you up entirely. At times, we've had to wait 3 months or more for them to go back and apply that raise - just goes to show you how little they care about the people and how disorganized and clueless they are... To sum it up.. if you have no experience, and are only looking for a stepping stone, this job would be OK for you. But don't plan on staying long - you will be overworked and underpaid - use them, like they are using you. Then leave - there are many better opportunities out there!

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
