Pros

Teleperformance has so many options for a career path. Starting as an agent, I quickly moved from emails to a Supervisor in less than 3 months. It has been perfect for me. Teleperformance has given me the opportunity to travel, meet new people and get exposure to key components in making our businesses run. The skills I have learned with this company are shaping me to be the best Supervisor I can be and are preparing me for roles to come in the future. I receive so much support from my teammates and superiors. This support is empowering and pushes me to be better every day. Teleperformance takes feedback across the board and uses it to create a happy, productive work environment. We have amazing people in all departments that work together making it easy to come to work every day with a smile on my face. Being a single mom, working for this company has given me the tools I need to provide for and support my family. TP works with their employees to build career minded individuals. Teleperformance is a fun place to work and provides me with the job satisfaction I haven’t been able to find with other companies. I feel like my voice and opinions matter; they are not swept under the rug. Our employees have the ability to make a difference when they work and they show it every day assisting our customers. For people that want to be a part of a team and know what it takes to be successful, this is a great place to start your path into a career. People who show excitement and the desire to come to work every day and will find that TP is a place to call home. Great place to work!!

Cons

Every job is going to have basic cons; there could always be better entre selections in the cafeteria or higher grade toilet paper in the restrooms but at the end of the day, the pros for me out weigh the cons. You and you alone are the only one that can chose to have a positive attitude vs a negative. Your job is what you make it and when you have the tools to be successful provided to you there is nothing holding you back.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
