Pros

The work isn't especially hard, and if you have a good supervisor nobody will get mad at you for just showing up and doing a good job.

Cons

HR acts with impunity, when they don't feel like doing paperwork they just don't. I've been told that my group benefits can't be put through, and have been given no reason why. I've literally never worked for a company that refused to let you sign up for the group benefits plan. Honestly, it feels like once people get promoted into a role, it doesn't matter how bad they are, they're safe in that role because nobody wants to do the work to get rid of them and put in somebody who knows how to do their job. Some people are really good and when you work with them on something you need, it's like "Wow that's a really well-run team!" But the next moment if you need something from a different department the answer is just no, even for things that you had no idea could 'not work' at a company. The pay isn't awful, but it's not amazing. But if you ever 'need' basically anything... assume you won't get it. I can't stress just how much when you work here you're a number, it doesn't matter if you're actually good at your job. Once you're hired, you're just a body on the phone. You can't see anybody, you can't talk to anybody face to face. You're just alone. It's a fine temporary job, and working from home certainly has its benefits. But things you take for granted at a place where you can actually get to know your boss, and get a sense that somebody gives any concern at all for you... you won't find that. There's also straight-up pay theft.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
