      Teamwork and solution focused. Hiring focuses on good people coupled with sharp skills set. Great work life balance. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Low pay is discouraging. Results are expected but not financially rewarded. Turnover of senior support people is high. This seems to be the creator of advancement opportunities.
