      Pros

      Honestly, very flexible schedule. Able to make up hours when needed. Good management = great environment. Good job for extra money, or if you're still in school.

      Cons

      Company is not doing well & losing money so sometimes they don't have the hours and cant give you 40 hrs. Bad managers make for unhappy employees/store.
