Nice coworkers and decent scheduling, if earned.
Cons
Overworking select employees that they know that they can get the most out of. Using the idea of a promotion to try and inspire employees to work harder, only to not promote said employees. Leadership that are, either lazy, rude, moody, constantly playing favorites or a healthy mix of all of the above.
