Pros
The best reason that I have are definaly the pay, but only if you are not a college grad. If you are they will try to pay you as little as possible. If you have experience though you are well compinsated.
Cons
There is no work life balance. You have to work a minimunof ten hour days, and are expected to stay longer if asked. The management is trying to help the compant by reducing costs of course, but they are firing good executives because they get payied to much.
