      Pros

      I enjoyed the experience at Target . Everyone is so friendly and polite. All of the staff treats like family it's a great environment.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything to say but some of the staff were lazy when it came to organizing things and helping out.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
