Target = Fast, Fun, Friendly - Front End Cashier Target Employee Review

The store I worked at could never stand their ground and uphold corporate rules. That particular store only worried about getting the guest back in the store for another shopping trip regardless of what it had to do to please the guest. Right or wrong, it was all about making the guest "happy" and didn't matter what corporate rules were. Target also needs to review it's "asset protection" regulations. Not enough "power" is given to these guys (security) to do their jobs correctly.
