      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, at least at my store. Employee discount. Better service than other retail stores.

      Cons

      Overtime was rare. Focus too much on survey numbers, attachments, etc, not enough pay for what we do on sales floor.

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Cons

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
