      Great benefits and Excellent Work / Life Balance ... Good pay and based on where you work good teamwork and excellent leadership

      Cons

      Several changes to work, constantly evolving which can be a good or bad thing depending on if you enjoy change and ambiguity...personally I really enjoy it

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
