Pros
Working as logistics is quite simple, but never easy. The work is tedious and can be rigorous, but if you can make the 18 month time frame then the rest of the positions at the ETL level can be see as a cake walk.
Cons
Poor hours. often 12 hour shifts overnight leaving you in 18 months of having no life and being consistently exhausted.
