      Talented peers, 4 day work week, very good pay, not too tough.

      Cons

      Where do we start: Hmmm...Glorified babysitting supervisor job (executive, are you kidding!), Incompetent senior management, tons of negative feedback, no genuine recognition, and if you can kiss enough tail, you may get promoted!
