Pros
The pay is great and the benefits are excellent. You get in depth training which makes the process easy for people who are new and for the people who train them.
Cons
Hard to move up in the area I’m in (clothing), it’s very clicky with the management team, if you’re not friends with them you don’t move up. They also started doing “mid shifts” so you could work 11-7:30 or 12-8:30 and you basically have no home or life time.
