Pros
Work in a fast paced team environment. Also, Target is very diverse so you are able to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures.
Cons
One of the only things that I disagree with about target is the requirement of a bachelor degree to become a group leader. I wish Target would allow someone with experience and proven leadership skills to move up the corporate ladder.
