Pros
Target is a great company to work for with excellent training and wages. They are very understanding when it comes to needing time off and family obligation.
Cons
While Target is great at being flexible with schedules it is sometimes a downfall as you could end up working with a skeleton crew. Team members pitch in and the job gets done.
