Pros
*Amazing culture, staff and team members. They hire some of the friendliest people and it really helps make the workload more manageable. *Job training is thorough with a lot of individual time *Job security- Target really does take care of their team members (the majority of the time).
Cons
*If you start as a team member you'll never get promoted. It doesn't matter how much you self-develop or education you pursue, you'll stay where they hired you. *They will not hire you back for any position if you resigned from them in the past.
