      Pros

      Target is a great place to work if you're a student because they're flexible with scheduling. You also get to meet and work with a lot of interesting people. Also, discounts.

      Cons

      There's little room to move up. It's a great place to work for a short period of time but you can't really climb the ladder in a timely manner.
