Working here helps you have a good work/ life balance. Kudos to the leadership and management. They actually listen and try to act on what you have to say.
Cons
Work can get monotonous and the salary is just about decent. Also, the processes are so cumbersome at times, that you waste unnecessarily long time in the process than the actual work.
