      Pros

      It was a cool paycheck, and it put a decent amount of money into my bank account every other week.

      Cons

      I felt like a slave. Policies weren't always followed. I felt as though they did not truly care about the cashiers and other front end people. Definitely not a job I would want for a career.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
