Pros
Decent pay, good chance for advancement if you can "play the game", nice entry management position for those directly out of college.
Cons
Networking gets you promoted, not knowledge, skill, or leadership ability. Long hours are normal (60+ hours). Double standards about demonstrating accountability, typical raises barely match inflation rate, etc.
