Pros
Most employees and TM are supportive and friendly. The co-workers/friends you make is what keeps you.
Cons
Management tend to over work you and exploit your hours. They'll make you stay HOURS after your scheduled time (so long as they don't get fines for compliance), and cut your hours by more than half after Christmas. Don't expect a raise each year to keep up with inflation.
