Pros
Working for Target, more specifically TSS, has been one of the easier jobs I've ever had. For the most part, team members and the culture is also very nice.
Cons
One downside about it is that hours could be tricky and schedules are all over the place. Another thing is that management especially ETL's from other departments rely on AP too much. Sometimes asking us to do tasks that aren't even remotely related to security/asset protection. It's also very hard to move up without needing to commit your whole life to Target. Most TSS's are early-mid 20's and to move up to become APS you need a minimum of 40 hours per week. Which isn't totally worth it when you take into account the little pay raise it is. I was given the option to train to become APS but as a full time student it is very hard if not impossible to do so.
