Pros
Great colleagues both in and out the team. Lots of freedom on the job. Upwards mobility is more feasible in the Assets Protection department compared to others in the store. Very accessible management.
Cons
Some specific managers and higher level district/regional leads are very out of touch and distant. Pay could be better. Much of the same common complaints behind retail industry jobs (poor customer interactions, cog in the machine sort of feeling, internal drama. Etc.).
