      Pros

      Great environment, fun, fast paced, work life balance. Constant feedback. Just a little political but not too bad. Need to socalize new ideas & gain partner buy-in; lots of pre-selling.

      Cons

      Vacation can be improved- everyone starts with 2 weeks in general except for senior mgmt.
