      If you are liked by the TL and ETLs they will help you advance/give you hours when needed.

      Cons

      They put tons of workload on just one person. Hours given to employees will not possibly allow to meet the workload to be completed.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
