Pros

Young energetic workforce keeps the atmosphere fun but productive. Fair opportunities for advancement, all who desire (and are supported) in advancing both hourly and salaried go through an extensive interview process, no exceptions.

Cons

Like all retail-the hours. As an Executive Team Lead, you will find yourself in the store every other weekend, opening (6am) or closing (sometimes as late as 1am). Additionally, hourly employee turnover is high, so your team is constantly changing. ETL's get right in there with hourly employees, which is important, but often very unrewarding as a college grad- during back to school you spend more time unloading freight setting up endcaps/ refilling product. As a salaried employee you are basically 'free work' to the store b/c of strict overtime rules for hourly team members, so be prepared for long work weeks.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
