      No Growth , the Project Manager thugs you by saying good good things initially but nothing happens in reality. No Increment only got 5000 as increment for a Year

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
