      Earlier job security was there so which I liked never thought above to switch another company. Now last 1 year there is no job security which make life very difficult.

      Cons

      Very slow growth, no scope of promotion, very rigid management, very low salary increments.

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
