      No concern about random layoffs as long as you are part of a project and many internal projects available for freshers, people with no real hands on experience can learn a lot even if they are really bad at it

      Cons

      No career growth compared to other companies and salary hike is almost negligible for majority of people

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
