      Pros

      Best reason to work with TCS is OK amount of money..Onsite opportunities.. Also the infrastructure in each of TCS office is good. Food is good.

      Cons

      1>No balance between personal and professional life 2>Management does not care about employees at all 3>In some of the offices, HR guys are just for name sake (just came out of ILP). These people can not initiate any action against biggies like AM, PM 3>Some of the senior members @ TCS feel like they are GOD..

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
