      Pros

      Really good people to work with but this goes from team to team, project allowed me to code from ui to backend which is what I was looking for.

      Cons

      Very poor salary growth. Facilities far away from city. No flexibility to work from home. Formal Dresscode is unnecesary. Cafeteria vendor needs to improve.

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
