There are onsite opportunities in TCS. There is a cool work culture , though not in all locations but yes in mumbai.

Thare is lot of politics in som accounts. There are lot many people who are not allocated to some project

Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

Cons

Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
