Pros
Not much, most of your good or bad experience depends on the project and the supervisor that you work for. As a company there are not too many benefits that you get working for a MNC like TCS. I am not satisfied working with TCS and so I might not be able to give too many best reasons to work for TCS but I will give it a try: 1. You get to work in different countries (if you are interested in travel) but then the salary would not be too high for you to lead a luxurious life style in the countries that you are deputed to.
Cons
There are not much benefits or retiral benefits. All that you can get is your pay and nothing more. There are so many companies that provide you with discounts and other benefits for its employees but there isnt any thing like that attached to this company. The downsides of getting posted in different countries is your compensation in that country would be barely enough to support you. But if you wish to save the money by sending it back to India then it is a good option. As far as I am concerned I take this as an intermediate company where I can work for a few years to gain experience and move to other companies that I can think of settling down.
