      Good salary, good benefits, variety of projects, learning platforms, friendly environment and open project leaders. Good Human Resources department. Possibility to relocate to other countries or projects.

      Cons

      I had to wait for a month before my credentials and projects were properly assigned, everything is subjected to ticket requisitions.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
