      TATA brand Flexible timings (depends on project) Job security Lots of opportunities to work in different technologies Onsite opportunities Benefits, if you start and end your career in TCS, till your retirement

      Difficult to switch between different clients Low hikes RMG system is worst. They never consider employee concerns and aspirations. They don't know how to behave.

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
