      - Flexibility in work life balance - Good Processes - Good mix of people - Allow experimentation - Good global exposure

      Cons

      - Really bad performance management - Middle management not risen from skill; more because of the number of years in the company - Beaurocratic - Middle management insecure (reason: points above), leading to unhealthy competition - HR almost nonexistent for employees.worst I have ever seen! - Value technical staff, no value for thought leaders

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
