      Stability, great co workers, job security. Working hour flexibility. Great oppurtunities if you have TCS experience.

      Cons

      Low Increments, Monotony. Moneteraly speaking, there are better perks in other IT company . Slow growth unles you switch over

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
