      Everything is good , technology and all digital transformation is going on in the tcs

      Cons

      Management is slow, as salary perspective the increment is less and in promotion also you don't get much more.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
