Pros
Stability, Law benefits + some extras like dental insurance, major medical expenses insurance and life insurance, 30 days of christmas bonus. They are flexible in thinks like when you ask for a urgent leave.
Cons
Food coupons increment and sign bonus are a lies, never happen. There is no promotions and the yearly salary increments are a bad joke. You have 10 days of vacations the first year, but you can't enjoy them in one shot. You have to split them in 5 days this month + 5 days another month for instance. The mandatory courses (safety, ergonomic, health, bribe, intelectual property, etc) are a truly pain and you have to take them every year.
