      You are free to accept any project when you get interviews and courses are free

      Cons

      Hard to get an upgrade in salary, hard to get into a project so you will stay in pool for a long time. People has been in pool/bench for more than 6 months. Very bureaucratic and all processes are very long and tedious. They expect you to learn a language or a new skill within 2 weeks..

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
