      They assign you projects that do not match your experience, even if you are an expert in a topic on your CV, they give you what they want just to fill a vacancy.

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
