      Employee friendly Maternity Help employee to give sabbatical leaves so that if employee is not well or not able to join in any of the reason.

      Cons

      Few project management is not good, they need to improve in terms of not judging their employees that if they are going on leave. Release them or gave a bad rating, judge on their performance.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
