- Highly unorganised and mis managed Senior management - Everything is executed randomly and there is no planning - lots of Hiring and firing, HR has no idea about business and doesnt care about employees. - No Business Growth as well as career growth in future - Long working hours.. day ends at 7.30pm or 8pm.
