      - You learn a lot - You work with international clients - They celebrate valentines, birthdays'

      Cons

      - They overwork you for penny salary. - Most managers feels an authority to talk to you any how and hr feels its okay. - You hardly find whites and black on management, you only find Indians. - Your career its static. Basically there is no development. - They don't provide trainings or courses to upgrade you.
