no pros to share at all

there are lot many to pros 1.the worst part is all the higher level managers, working with them is hell. 2. always techm wants to generate revenue like even they dont give proper hikes instead they show this as their revenue. 3.the reward policy is even worse , you dont get appreciated even for your great hard work. 4.even the annual compensation letters doesnot come on time. 5.HR s are even worse if you complain about something wrong happening.they straight away share with managers that you complained. 6.they dont even tend to give bonuses etc atleast anually and the list goes on. it will be not like techm will make money with work you do, It makes money by cutting down hikes, rewards etc
