      Pros

      Just a normal company with hybrid work culture

      Cons

      No special benifits except health insurance, no bonus , no hike, average hike is 5 % . No Annual hike, worst work life balance, even variable pay is not given fully they are cutting variable pay to show the organisation as profitable. They won't even give any importance to their own employees

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
