      Pros

      Great work culture, great work life balance, freshers will be having a lot of self time to self learn new skills, but it all depends on us.

      Cons

      I joined here as Associate Software Engineer after my graduation in Offcampus placements. I had 6 months of probation period, then they moved us to some Service Line, there also we had training for some time, later they asked us to resolve some dummy tickets for our training purpose. After we got promoted to Software Engineer, they released us from project. If we tried to get other, then they needed more experienced candidate. So I felt it is difficult to get real world experience here as a fresher. Less salary hikes and more work.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
